And Matt and Trey have always done their best, IMO, to stand their ground against censorship. You may not remember it but the simple dirty jokes and cussing from early South Park were a shock when they first hit the cable-waves back in the day. IMO this kind of thing is what South Park does best - being offensive, sometimes in clever or thoughtful ways, but often for no other reason than to be funny, and then most importantly fighting for their right to be offensive. The conceit is that 200 celebrities are going to file a class action lawsuit against (the town of) South Park, ending it forever, unless South Park can get Muhammad to appear in town (on screen). I got the DVD last year so that I could finally re-watch these episodes.

They are two of the "banned" episodes, along with Super Best Friends from season 5 and maybe one or two others (though none of these are explicitly banned to my knowledge, just in practice - I'd love to see a policy statement on these episodes from either company if such a thing exists). Episode 200 and 201, simply named as such. So these are two episodes that you'll never see on Comedy Central or Hulu.
